Cornerstone Park 2025 Pool Information
Open Date: May 2nd
Closing Date: September 21st
Access
To access the pool area, you must have an activated pool fob.
For security reasons, we deactivate ALL fobs when pool season ends.
To have your fob(s) activated for the 2025 season, complete the attached Pool Registration Form.
Please submit by April 17th to ensure your fob is activated in time for the May 2nd opening date.
Last minute fob requests may not be processed in time.
A deactivated fob is not an after hours emergency.
Lost Your Fob?
If you need a replacement fob, please return the same form, but select the applicable section.
There is a $20 replacement fee. If you are a new owner and did not receive a fob at closing, please select this option as well to have a fob issued to your home.
Do you have tenants?
If you have tenants, you must provide their contact information and submit this form for your property.
Hours
Pool hours are 9 am until dusk. Gate entry deactivated at 8:00pm.
Adult lap swim hours are from 6 am - 9 am.
If you wish to take advantage of this community benefit, please fill out and submit the enclosed Adult Lap Swim Waiver Form.
Rules

There are no pool attendants on site and note there are security cameras.
Use caution and be respectful of others while at the pool.
Violations and acts of vandalism may result in loss of pool use.
We wish everyone an enjoyable and safe pool season!

Neighborhood Little Library at Cornerstone Park!
The Cornerstone Park Community Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we have installed a neighborhood Little Library at the corner adjacent to the pool and clubhouse (where Shadow Stone Court and Cornerstone Park Drive intersect).
This is a book exchange whereby you can choose a book to take home and read while leaving one for someone else to read.
Feel free to leave children’s books as well as adult fiction and nonfiction.
We hope you enjoy this new addition to our neighborhood.
Board of Directors Meetings
Cornerstone Park Community Association
Focus areas: single-family homes, pool/clubhouse, community entrances, etc.
Meetings are typically held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
These are Zoom meetings until further notice.
The agenda includes a 15-20 minute Homeowner Forum at the beginning. Residents may bring ideas, concerns, questions, etc. to the Board during this time. Residents are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting, but may only listen in on the meeting. When the Board goes into Executive Session, attendees are asked to leave.

“Cottages”
Meetings typically take place on the 3rd Monday of each month beginning at 6:00 pm.
Townhomes
Meetings usually take place on the 4th Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:00 pm.
